Finally, it’s time for my Australia Art collection to hit the shops!

My Australia Art journey started a couple of months ago and I can’t believe I’m finally launching my art collection! When I started I had no idea where this was gonna go and I think that’s one of the keys when you are coming up with new ideas and concepts – just see where it takes you!

I spent a lot of time trying to come up with a design that would represent Australia but without being to generic. I do love the Opera House and the Harbour bridge of course, but I felt that we’ve seen so much of this already and there are so many other beautiful things about Australia.

Since I’m from Sweden, the nature here has always amazed me. It’s just beautiful wherever you go and there are so many beautiful flowers around that not enough people are paying attention to! This was just one of many ideas I had but it felt right and I started sketching.

Shop here if you can’t wait for the market launch!

I wasn’t sure this was gonna go anywhere, it felt scary to spend a lot of time and money on something that wasn’t bringing in any money just yet. But I kept going step by step, creating my designs, and when I had some finished products I couldn’t let myself down by not printing them. So now I’m sitting in my apartment with boxes full of cute little prints, postcards, posters, stickers, bookmarks and notepads, my very first own collection of products!
