Hight end property development brochure design for The Terraces. The three brochures follow the same brand guidelines but with different content; floor plans, fixtures & finishes and a 4pp overview brochure.

The brief included the content, logo and some old designs that needed to be improved on. I’ve done all the designs from scratch, floorplans updated and new greenery illustrated. I kept the main element from the old design, such as the marble and the lines that go through all the products and then created a clean and sophisticated look.
